When Sotheby's Ralph Fox was helping his grandmother find a place to live, he found it challenging to find something that was affordable, available and met all her needs. The changing needs of seniors is certainly an issue that's affecting a lot of people and Fox highlighted Harmony Village as a solution on Sun News yesterday.

"Nobody is doing it like Harmony Village is doing it in terms of creating that urban village community, in terms of creating everything that seniors want. It just isn't out there right now," he said. "Because it's a village, it's living and breathing. Everything that an individual could want from A-Z is located right there. Because If you want to do Tai Chi classes it's right there. If you want to take a walk in the park, it's right there.  Everything is all in one place."

The first Harmony Village is launching in Toronto, at Sheppard and Warden Avenues, offering buyers the opportunity to become part of a lifestyle concept that will revolutionize the real estate sector. Harmony Village Sheppard aims to meet the needs of all residents through universal design, environmental leadership and a community-focused lifestyle.
